Vendor Inspections
The term Vendor Inspections (2nd Party Inspections) concern inspection activities for the complete process of manufacturing and testing at the vendor's manufacturing premises and/or sub-vendor's manufacturing premises during this manufacturing process up till and including finalizing the product(s) and shipment to the site of destination.

By monitoring the manufacturing process and the required testing from the products under manufacturing, our clients will be able to hold on track the deliveries and to be able to determine if the purchased product(s), single piece of equipment or installation, is manufactured in compliance with clients requirements, expectations, applicable regulations and International standards and codes.

Examples from inspections are witnessing and/or reviewing the following:

Attending or leading kick-off meetings and/or pre-inspection meetings
Fit-up inspections
Welding inspections including welding monitoring
Mechanical running tests
Pressure testing
Non-destructive testing
Visual inspections
Dimensional inspections
Coating inspections
Final inspections prior to shipment
Documentation review including full MDB or MDR (Manufactures Data/Record Book) review and packing inspections. or attend/perform/supervise several tests, such as mechanical, functional or performance tests or other non-destructive testing.

The inspections are able to be carried out in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Northern part of France.

Expediting Services

With our expediting services our inspector helps you to follow your timeline so your projects will proceed as scheduled. Our inspector will help you to reveil bottlenecks to minimize delays or other possible effects. By closely following the process of fabrication, the inspector wil analyze the complete project plan, which includes the order status, document status, progress of manufacturing, testing, packing, shipment and delivery. Our inspector will be onsite to monitor the progress and will follow up on critical tasks requested by the client
